Cancellations
- You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of the initial purchase. All cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee as shipments are prepared within approximately 24 hours of the initial purchase.
- Mattresses that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $50 for twin and twin xl sizes and $70 for full, queen and king sizes. Custom orders produced are not cancellable as these items can't be resold in most cases.
- Pillows that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $25.
- Adjustable bases that are processed for shipment and canceled more than 24 hours after purchase will incur a fee of $75.
Change of Address
Change of address is free of charge within 24 hours of the initial purchase. All change of address after that time will incur a change of address fee charged by the courier but collected by Haven. $25 (small items) and $45 for Fedex (larger items)I Items being shipped Canada Post (bedface bedding) are not available for change of address.

How to Host offers 1 free shipping of most items to the customer. A package returned to the sender or refused delivery of, will be subject to an additional fee to cover the extra freight incurred.
