If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your How-to-Host product you can return it to us within 14 days as long as it is unworn, unused and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc attached.

How to Host mattresses and Haven Mattresses are made fresh to order. You can cancel risk-free at anytime up until the mattress leaves the factory. After that you can refuse delivery and only be charged for the freight to a from your location will be taken from the amount paid and the balance refunded to you

How to Host doesn't offer a comfort trial. If your mattress isn't to the comfort we described. Please call us to discuss strategies to fine tune it to your guests.

Bedface Pillows are sold at How to host wholesale prices and do not include return options.

All other products will have limited warranty coverage but are final sale items.

Promotional items sent free of charge are not returnable. If the product purchased to receive these free items is returned, the cost of these items will be recovered from the refund amount.
