Best thing I have bought for myself in years.
So comfortable. Whether I sleep on my side or on my back the support is just right, not too firm, not too soft. I have back problems and with my old mattress I would wake up every time I changed positions, but with my Haven I finally sleep through the night. It's just like Goldilocks said "Just right"!
The only thing I would add would be some handles on the sides which would make it so much easier to turn.

We totally respect the convenience of a mattress made with handles. Our Canadian production facility opened in Moncton NB in 1949 and almost all the first beds had handles. Over time the value vs. the cost diminished.
For handles to work properly, they must be designed in a way to handle normal use and all cases of accidental abuse. If a customer was to pull the full 135lb mattress with just one of the handles it would need to be over-engineered to handle that stress without failure. The side of the bed would also have to be artificially overbuilt to spread the stress away from the handle connection
Havens were engineered to be more flexible than traditional mattresses making them easier for 2 people to move and bend around corners and staircases. Arriving in a box makes them easier to first locate and once in place only need to be rotated flat every 3 months. When it's time to relocate the increased flexibility makes it much easier than in the past.
